01 · WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS
No cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts. Analytics are aggregate and privacy-respecting: page counts and referrers, with no per-visitor identifier stored. We cannot reconstruct an individual's visit, by design.
02 · THE CONTACT FORM
What you type in the contact form is sent to us by email and kept in our correspondence. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else: no marketing lists, no resale, no enrichment. If a conversation doesn't continue, you can ask us to delete it and we will.
03 · RETENTION
Aggregate analytics are kept indefinitely; they contain no personal data. Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship it belongs to, then deleted.
04 · YOUR RIGHTS
Under GDPR and similar laws you can ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, and ask for deletion. Write to privacy@369hertz.com. Expect an answer from a person, within a week. There is very little to hold, so these requests are short.
05 · CHANGES
Revisions to this policy are dated in the header above. The previous version is available on request. Records keep both events.
